I am writing to share an important update regarding my medical practice. Effective

September 1st, I will be moving my services exclusively to my 1020 Wellness

clinic.

First and foremost, thank you. Caring for you and your families has been one of the

greatest privileges of my life. Over the years, I've had the honor of supporting many

of you through every step of your health journey, celebrating the happy moments,

supporting you through the tough times, delivering your babies, and

then somehow blinking and watching those babies grow up and become my patients

too! Being trusted with your care has meant more to me than I could ever put into

words.

This decision comes from the growing demand for hormone replacement therapy

and personalized wellness care for both men and women. This move will allow me to

spend more time providing the individualized care my patients deserve while

continuing to expand these services.

As part of this transition, the practice will operate on a private-pay basis, and we will

no longer bill traditional medical insurance for office visits or services. While my

location and billing structure are changing, I will continue to provide the

following services:

We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. If you would like

to continue your care with me we would be happy to help you schedule your next

appointment and answer any questions you may have. If you choose to seek care

elsewhere, we will gladly help transfer your medical records to your new provider.
